I work in IT support, supporting a variety of industries (medical, hospitality, government, etc) with both widely distributed and local face-to-face teams. I help them stay productive and resolve technical issues both big and small.

I'm particularly interested in system improvement, both on the technical and human sides, aiming to improve things through a combination of automation, honest consultation, and collaborative workflow design.

I wish for my work to intersect technology, organisation, and community.
